Featured Organization: Meadowbrook Theater Guild

Meadow Brook Theatre Guild may be just what you're looking for. A group of women who love live theatre and want to support our community's professional theatre company.

Since its first curtain went up in 1967, Meadow Brook Theatre's reputation for excellence has more than fulfilled the hopes, dreams and expectations of its originator

Our meetings are the second Monday of the month at 9:45AM in the Rochester area. We meet from September through May.

Come to one of our meetings or attend one of our fund-raising events such as Luncheon on the Aisle in the Spring, or BeWitched & BeDazzled in the Fall.

Some Activities

The purpose of Meadow Brook Theatre Guild is to promote community interest in the theatre and, through the Guild's fund-raising activities, provide supplemental amenities for the actors and technical crew during their Meadow Brook stay. Our activities include:

  • Luncheon on the Aisle - a gourmet box lunch in the theatre during a working rehearsal of the current production.

  • BeWitched & BeDazzled - a wickedly fun luncheon and boo-tique shopping

  • Touring Costume Shows and Hat Parades

  • Welcome baskets for out-of-town performers

  • Holiday Theatre lobby decorations

  • Director's Circle receptions

  • Sponsorship of theatre intern
